Early to Bed: A Cure for Teen Depression?
Interesting finding by the National Sleep Foundation.They found that adolescents with earlier bedtimes were less likely to suffer from depression and thoughts of suicide. We all know that it is difficult to make sure our teens get enough sleep. But it seems that the stakes are a bit higher than we have have previously thought.
